Speech model

The first transcription may require an Apple-managed on-device speech model download. Connect to Wi‑Fi, keep Discreet open, and follow the installation prompt.

Weekly observations

Weekly observations require a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled and the on-device model ready. Journaling and transcription work independently from this feature.
